Shipping policy

This policy establishes the terms and conditions regarding the delivery of the Company's products.

Product delivery

1 When a User purchases a product, the Company will deliver said product to the address designated by the User (hereinafter referred to as the "delivery address").

2 The Company may entrust the delivery specified in the preceding paragraph to a delivery company or other third party (hereinafter simply referred to as "delivery company").

3 When outsourcing to a delivery company, the Company will select an appropriate delivery company in consideration of the products to be delivered, the region, and other factors.

Delivery timeline

1 The Company shall deliver the products to the delivery address promptly after the purchase of the products is confirmed as outlined below. Please note that delivery may take time due to lack of inventory, our business operations, work conditions, weather, traffic conditions, or the delivery area. 【In stock】Product will be shipped within one week after confirmation of payment. 【Built-to-order】Estimated shipping times will be determined on a case-by-case basis. The Company will inform the User of the estimated shipping time for the User's order within 5 business days after the order is placed. ※ In both cases, the User will receive an email informing them of the estimated delivery date after the purchase is confirmed.

2 The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User, nor shall the Company be liable for reductions and refunds of delivery and other charges, even if the User has suffered damages as a result of a delay in delivery caused by any of the following reasons.
① Unforeseeable and unusual traffic conditions
② Earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, storms, landslides, and other natural disasters
③ Suspension of operations of delivery companies or public transportation, strikes, etc.

Delivery charges

The User shall pay the stipulated delivery charge determined by the Company. However, this does not apply in cases where the Company specifically waives delivery charges.

Cases where delivery could not be completed

1 In the event that delivery of a product cannot be completed due to any of the following reasons, the Company may collect said product and charge the User for the costs incurred in collecting the product (including fees payable to the delivery company, etc.), and the Company may, at its discretion, terminate the contract for said product.
① The User is not available to receive the delivery and fails to request re-delivery within the delivery company's retention period
② The delivery could not be completed due to incorrect delivery address information.
③ The delivery was refused at the delivery address.

2 In cases outlined in the preceding paragraph, when damage is incurred by the Company, the Company may request compensation (including reasonable attorney's fees) from the User for said damage.

Delays, damage etc. caused by delivery company

1 The Company shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or damage to products caused by reasons attributable to the delivery company.

2 In the event of issues or disputes with the delivery company, the User shall bear the responsibility for resolving such issues or disputes at their own expense, and the Company shall be under no obligation to be involved in such issues or disputes.

Delivery-related inquiries

In the event that your delivery is outsourced to a delivery company, please contact the delivery company directly for delivery inquiries.

Shipping fee

The following shipping fees will be charged separately for the delivery of products.

Tohoku (Aomori, Iwate, Akita, Miyagi, Yamagata, Fukushima) 1,650 yen (tax included) (excluding remote islands)
Kanto (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, Saitama, Ibaraki, Tochigi, Gunma) 1,650 yen (tax included) (excluding remote islands)
Hokushin'etsu (Niigata, Nagano, Yamanashi, Toyama, Ishikawa, Fukui) 1,650 yen (tax included) (excluding remote islands)

For remote islands, we will confirm and inform you of the fee after receiving your order.

Free shipping is available for purchases of 30,000 yen (tax included) or more.
*For Okinawa main island and remote islands, free shipping is available for purchases of 50,000 yen (tax included) or more (at our expense).

Only one delivery address can be specified per purchase.
If you wish to have items delivered to multiple destinations, please complete the purchase procedure for each destination.

The shipping fee will not be refunded if you are unable to receive your order for any reason on your part.

If an item is returned for any reason on your part, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

We outsource delivery to private courier companies and will select the most appropriate one depending on the shape of the parcel and the delivery location.
